The location & views were excellent.
Poor parking facilities. Pointless having a hotel with inadequate parking especially when you are an 85 year old. Staff were friendly initially but as the holiday progressed we were treated like Lepers especially from the owners of the hotel.

The location was so ideal and convenient and the room was tastefully decorated. Tried some takeout specials at Jacks chippy, luckily it was not too far away from the venue.

Great sea views and comfy stay
I spent a night in a cozy room with a fab sea view! The bed was super comfy, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just dreamy. The dining area is chill, liked the brekkie, but the evening meals could've been a bit more filling. Staff were friendly, but everything felt a bit disorganized, especially during meal times.

All the staff were nice and very helpful. The manager was approachable and always very professional but nice with it.
The shower facilities could be updated, however this is only in a few certain rooms.

The staff were very accommodating with different needs, they were very friendly and smiley. Looked very clean and bright, food was lovely. Room very good.
Everything was fine in the hotel, seagulls tap on window at 4.00am which was a bit of a surprise at first, but when we left window open they could not stand on the window ledge, but it still grumbled on the balcony.
